Challenge #3-- Be Humble: be easily entreated, be respectful, and refrain from judging
This was an interesting challenge for us. Humility is a life long pursuit, not something that we can accomplish in a day and while we worked to be more humble there were times during the day that humility is such a hard attribute to find. I guess that is why pride is such a serious sin. It is only the humble that are truly converted to the Savior. I hope that you are all enjoying this challenge as much as we are as we try to come closer to the Savior during this Christmas season and always

Challenge #2-- Be Grateful: Express Gratitude and Thanksgiving to all
Today we all tried to say thank you to anyone who did any small thing for us. We have decided that the more that we thanked people the happier we felt.

Challenge # 1- Seek out a Forgotten Friend
Hopefully you have all had a chance to complete the first challenge. It is easy to forget in the hustle and bustle of the holiday season as we rush for activity to activity and from event to event that the real reason for the season is to reconnect with people and to seek out the lost sheep. We have been especially busy this past week, as I have been rushing to get everyone where they needed to be I have been trying to think of something that we could do that would check this challenge off the list. it finally came to me, as I was preparing to send out our Christmas Cards we had a few left over, we decided to send these cards out to people who we haven't sent cards to for a while. It is our hope that we will be able to bring joy to them in a small way.

Welcome to the Christmas Challenge
Mr. G's legacy lives on. In this heartwarming Christmas story, Mr. G's
teenage grandson, Jacob, discovers a coded entry in his late
grandfather's journal that will transform the family's Christmas—and
their entire lives. When Jacob deciphers a list entitled 10 Ways to
Capture the Christmas Spirit, he gathers Mr. G's closest family and
friends, encouraging them to participate in a ten-day experiment that
will focus on one step every day until Christmas. As they strive to
follow Mr. G's list by being more grateful, forgiving, and helpful to
the poor and needy, the group discovers how living more like the Savior
can influence them daily. But can they overcome their personal
challenges and embrace the true spirit of Christmas?
